The staff was very friendly and helpful. the accommodation was perfect and spotlessly clean. the rooms were spacious and well-furnished with amenities like smoke detectors for safety. the location was convenient, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, and close to San Sebastian and the ferry. Overall, I really appreciated the hotel.

Every time we stay in Irurtzun, we like to stay here. the property is modern and the staff is outstandingly accommodating. - the location is excellent and it is just next door to an industrial park and surrounding mountains. - There is a great selection of superb food for breakfast.

The location of the hotel, close to the motorway, was excellent and easy to find. The hotel staff were welcoming and the room was comfortable. Would use this hotel again.

Top quality and immaculately clean place with very amiable and extremely helpful staff. Very clean bed in the guest room, plus an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV. A bathtub in the bathroom. Comfortable and ideal location in an industrial area, functional style building. Also - short walk to the Navarre mountains.

Not very good staff!

The hotel staff was helpful and the rate was low. A bus runs runs regularly into Pamplona making this a nice alternative to staying in the city.

No pool and the restaurant was closed when we wanted to go.

The hotel was conveinient for access from the nearby motorway and was modern and well equiped.

Was a very good location for us on our way home from Spain. Breakfast was typical Spanish; coffee, fruit juice & a pastry. Dog friendly!

Friendly welcoming staff. We only used the hotel for a one night stop over as a half way point whilst driving from Northern France to Southern Spain. The hotels location was perfect for this and they are also a dog friendly hotel which we needed for our Mut!

very well kept (maybe newer) accomodations. Lots of space, good bathroom. Exactly as expected from the description when we booked.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. the rooms were new-fashioned with much better wifi. the staff were outstandingly accommodating. Its location was marvelous, just off the Navarre mountains and near excellent Boulangeri and bars.

The mian resteraunt was not open, so it was a little limited on what there was to eat.
